Shipping policy

When will I receive my order? All goods will be sent out within 1-2 business days after placing orders. Shipment service runs Monday to Friday only.

Domestic Shipping Our official domestic courier is UPS for all local orders. Delivery takes 3-7 business days in general.

International Shipping DHL is used for delivering all international orders. The usual delivery time for international parcels is 4-21 business days. Please notice that international delivery may be slowed down greatly by customs inspection. Preppy Prodigy refuses to assume any costs of customs clearance and tariffs overseas.
